01 About / Our Model

The Hybrid AI Operations Model

You are the trusted local face for your clients. We connect you to a dedicated team of certified AI operations specialists, allocated exclusively to your partner pod. This lets you deliver enterprise-grade AI services without ever having to hire, train, or manage an internal AI team.

Lyncs helps your team deliver and manage role-based access to private AI configured on local hardware your clients own and control.

01

Partner keeps the client

You own the relationship, the contract, the on-site visits, and the brand. We never go direct to your SMB. Ever.

02

Lyncs runs the AI work

Our dedicated AI operations specialists, certified across AWS, NVIDIA, and Anthropic, handle agent maintenance, automations, integrations, customizations, security updates, and weekly reports. All remotely.

03

Data stays local

The AI runs locally on client-owned hardware, so the client's data never leaves the office. Lyncs operates and automates it.

04

Dedicated monthly capacity

40, 80, or 160 hours per month of dedicated AI operations capacity, allocated exclusively to your partner pod and never shared.

02 Partners

Resell high-margin AI services without building an AI team

We built Lyncs for IT and MSP companies that want to add high-margin AI services for SMBs in trades, without the cost, risk, or hiring cycle of standing up an internal AI practice. Cloud or local, you plug in enterprise AI power and resell it under your own brand.

100%

White-label delivery

Reports, communications, and deliverables go out under your brand. We stay invisible to your client.

Local

Client-owned hardware

The private AI runs on hardware your client owns and controls, not a vendor's cloud.

03 Customer Intelligence

CRM Redefined

The value is not the AI itself. It is that your client operates like they have a team of account managers who never forget a detail. We build a private AI that learns how every one of their customers likes to do business, watches the market for new openings, and tells their team who to call, when, and why.

1

Higher close rates

The AI remembers everything, so outreach lands. "Congratulations on the Oak Ridge permit, let’s talk budgets before site work" beats "just checking in."

2

Institutional memory

When a salesperson leaves, the relationship knowledge stays. New hires get full customer context on day one.

3

Customers feel understood

No more re-explaining preferences. Each contractor feels like your client gets exactly how they work.

4

Earlier opportunities

It watches permits, bids, and market signals, so their team engages before competitors even notice the job.

5

Less admin friction

It flags each customer’s quirks: net-60 terms, PO numbers required, send invoices to Susan and not Accounts Payable.

The line you sell it with“Your employees come and go. Your customer knowledge shouldn’t.”

04 Private by design

Keep client data in-house

Most SMBs do not want their books or customer records training a cloud provider’s models, and cloud bills climb with every employee and every query. A hybrid setup flips both: the work runs local and private, and only the few requests that truly need the cloud go out, stripped of anything sensitive and sent to providers that do not train on them. Private data never rides along.

01 · Default

Every request starts local

The local model handles drafting, document Q&A, finance ops, and internal workflows. Unlimited and private.

02 · Route

The gateway decides

It escalates to the cloud only when a request needs live web data or frontier-scale reasoning.

03 · Only if needed

Cloud, sanitized and rare

The cloud model sees clean text only, never the books or client records, and never trains on them. Metered, and a small slice of traffic.

05 Access & Control

Every employee’s AI sees only what their role allows

Consumer cloud AI hands everyone the same login. Anyone who can sign in can ask it anything. A private setup works like the directory your MSP already runs: each person’s AI sees only what their role allows. Finance reaches the books, sales reaches the CRM, the front desk reaches neither.

You grant and revoke access like any user account, every request is logged, and when someone is hired or leaves, their access changes the same day. The control your clients expect over their files, now applied to their AI.

Role-based access

Finance reaches the books, sales reaches the CRM, the front desk reaches neither. Each role gets its own view, set by you.

Granted and revoked like accounts

Add or remove a person's AI access the way you manage any user. No shared logins, no one key that opens everything.

Joiners and leavers handled

When staff are hired or let go, their AI access changes that day. No orphaned access to company data after someone walks out.

Full audit trail

Every prompt, every allow or deny, is logged. Monthly reports you can hand to an auditor or insurer.

The boundary is enforced, not trusted

Even an allowed user cannot pull what their role should not see. The AI holds the line, not the honor system.

Every role gets only the access it should. Nothing more.

FAQ

Questions partners ask before the call

A few things worth knowing before you book. If your question is not here, bring it to the demo.

Do I need AI expertise on my team to offer this?+

No. You stay the local, client-facing partner. Lyncs supplies the certified AI operations specialists who build, run, and maintain the AI behind your brand. You bring the client relationship, we bring the bench. No in-house AI hire, no training program.

What does the private AI actually do for my client?+

It is not just a chatbot. The core is a Customer Intelligence system that learns how every one of their customers likes to do business, watches the market for new openings like permits and bids, and tells the team who to call, when, and why. It also handles the everyday work: drafting, document Q&A, and internal workflows. What your client is really buying is more closed deals and customer knowledge that does not walk out the door when staff leave.

Will Lyncs ever deal with my client directly?+

Never. We work only through you. We do not contact, sell to, or hold a relationship with your end client. Reports and deliverables go out under your brand, and we stay invisible. The MSP-only boundary is written into our partner agreement.

Is my client's data safe, and is it used to train AI?+

Client data stays on-site by default. When a task needs cloud AI, anything sensitive is stripped before it leaves, and we use providers that do not train on business customer data. More detail is on our security page.

Are you SOC 2 certified?+

Not currently, but here is the honest picture. The Lyncs architecture is designed so that most SOC 2 controls do not even touch your client’s data: the AI stack runs on-site, sensitive records never leave the client’s building, and our specialists operate it through audit-logged interfaces without seeing the underlying business records. Just as important, we already run the controls a SOC 2 audit looks for: MFA on every company-managed system, role-based access to production, full audit logging, full-disk encryption on company endpoints, and same-day deprovisioning when someone leaves. Customer credentials stay under customer control, we use OAuth-based authorization where supported, and we do not store customer passwords. Security is a first-order priority at Lyncs. The certificate is the formal third-party attestation we have not pursued yet; the controls behind it are already how we operate, and we share a partner-facing security overview on request.

What is the commitment, and can I start small?+

Pods are month-to-month, cancel anytime. Start with a Starter pod, then scale as you win clients. Hours reset each billing cycle, and you can add a Burst Pack any month you need extra capacity.

How fast can we get a client live?+

Most first deployments go live within two to four weeks. We start with a focused assessment, then move into a project-based rollout while you stay on-site as the client’s trusted partner.

Is this a fit for my business?+

Lyncs is built for established IT and MSP companies that serve trades and light commercial SMBs: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, pool service, pest control, accounting, manufacturing, and similar. If you own the client relationship and want to add high-margin AI services without building an AI team, you are who we built this for.
